ORCHESTRA FUNDS

ORCHESTRA FUNDS are a sub-fund of the SICAV under Luxembourg law MULTILABEL SICAV.  The SICAV is licensed in Luxembourg and is supervised by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF).

The custodian is State Street Bank Luxembourg S.C.A., 49, Avenue J. F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg.

The investment manager is Copernicus Wealth Management SA, Via al Forte 1, 6900 Lugano, Switzerland. Copernicus Wealth Management SA is a financial institution based in Lugano and authorized by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) to act as investment manager of collective investment schemes pursuant to the Federal Act on Financial Institutions of June 15, 2018.

The SICAV is subject to Luxembourg tax law. This may affect your personal tax situation.

Investors have a right of exchange between the sub-funds of the Luxembourg SICAV.

MULTILABEL SICAV is incorporated as a Société d'Investissement à Capital Variable which is governed by Luxembourg law.
